All sales are final. Sparta Butterfest does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, weather conditions, event cancellations, purchaser inability to attend, travel disruptions, personal circumstances, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 

By purchasing tickets, registrations, merchandise, sponsorships, vendor spaces, or any other Butterfest-related products or services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided.

 

Sparta Butterfest reserves the right to modify event schedules, activities, entertainment, and programming without notice.
